I can never remember how this works, but Peggy clarified it for me this morning...
Students enrolled for Fall 2012 (but not Summer 2012) may check out books over the summer. The check out period is 28 days. They may still renew online, but if they are home in Alaska (or wherever) and someone puts a hold on the book, they are still responsible for getting it back to us.
