First 50 Years online

Karen Martin has put out a call for the Reference copy of Homer Pittard's The First Fifty Years. It has gone missing but hopefully will show up. In the meantime the complete content of the book is available online through MTSU Memory: http://content.mtsu.edu/cdm4/item_viewer.php?CISOROOT=/mtsu1&CISOPTR=1330&CISOBOX=1&REC=17

Digital Collection Trials

[Blogger went wonky and just sent a draft post]
There is a trial to ARTstor on the database trials page. ARTstor is a "Digital Library offers more than one million images in the arts, architecture, humanities, and social sciences with a suite of software tools to view, present, and manage images for research and pedagogical purposes."
There will be a webinar on this resource. Please vote for your preferred time by the end of the day Thursday, 5/12/11 at http://www.doodle.com/wg44uv6dh2q6yhsx.
I also extended the trial to Britannica Image Quest and there are several trials for Adam Matthew Digital products.
