Once someone reserves a meeting space or study room, the person can cancel the reservation by clicking the cancelation link in the confirmation email.
If the person no longer has access to the confirmation email, he or she should call the appropriate service desk to have the reservation canceled:
Group Study Rooms and 259: 1st Floor Service Desk
Meeting Place 2 or 4: Technology Services
DMS Training Room or Presentation Practice Room: Digital Media Studio

No fax service at Phillips Bookstore
Just a reminder that there is no public fax service at the bookstore any more. I confirmed this in person today. Users can send a fax for free at http://www.bestfreefax.com/SendFreeFax.php
