May not help someone without wheels, but I noticed that Linebaugh Library offers public fax service ($1.50 a page). This might be an option for students asking about fax machines when Phillips Bookstore is closed.

The best option would be for us to open up the Circ fax for public use. Want to start a movement? Anyone?
