Everyone isn't thrilled with the placement and format of the article results in InfoSearch results.
Ann is going to investigate the options to make the division between book results and article results more obvious. She is also going to find out why article results still appear when you limit to the print books facet.
The display options for article results are top, middle, or bottom. Feel free to comment here about your preference.

There is one more option... remove it entirely. I vote for that.
ReplyDeleteI second Jason. The articles are available under the Articles 'tab'. Showing three article of low relevance on the page is confusing and the opposite of helpful.
ReplyDeleteAdditionally, I found that the total number of search results in Encore Synergy is often significantly lower than the number of results in Academic Search Premier.
