Patrons sharing URLs

Around this point in the semester we start getting calls from faculty and students who have shared URLS that don't work from off-campus.
Please refer patrons to this Common Questions answer about using persistent URLs from off campus.
I've been able to configure some databases to include the ezproxy prefix in persistent URLs, but most databases do not have that feature. Patrons do not know that when they share a persistent URL with an off-campus user, they must include the proxy prefix.
