Document delivery for distance ed students

This doesn't come up very often for people working on the desk, but just in case you get a call or chat from a DE student wanting access to an article we have in print but not online, or wanting delivery of a book, here is the policy.

To qualify for document delivery of locally owned items, a student must be taking only distance courses and live outside of Rutherford county. These students can request an article or a book through ILL. When setting up an ILL account, the student should select a Status of RODP or Distance Ed. It may help to have the student reiterate his/her DE status and need for delivery in the Notes section of the request form.
