EIC Chairs

The new chairs in the EIC are prone to a loose adjustment knob underneath the seat. I've tightened many knobs and replaced several that fell off completely.

Will you please help by tightening the occasional knob (directly underneath the seat near the back of the chair) when you push in a chair and notice the back is extremely loose? Better to tighten instead of deal with a knob that has fallen out and been lost.
