JSTOR Use Agreement

JSTOR has begun using a pop-up agreement when a patron clicks on a PDF. I have checked with the Contracts office about this and was told it's ok to agree to this click-through.
It is inconvenient, however, so I'm going to complain to JSTOR about it anyway.
